Job Description
Deliverables: Infrastructure Services Running the business of Process Optimization SSL and ITIL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Request creation monitoring followup closure and reporting.
- Provide guidance/training and technical expertise to junior staff.
- Engaging appropriate internal or external service provider resources as required to resolve issues in order to support DCO service delivery.
- Guiding monitoring and coordinating work conducted by internal and external service providers providing direction on work procedures and ensuring mitigation of adverse impact.
- Documentation and implementation of infrastructure Change Requests.
- Updating incident reporting on incidents and changes identification and mitigation of risks to the infrastructure updating the Configuration Management Database.
- Making Changes and recommendations for enhancing server infrastructure decommissioning of hardware including servers storage devices and other relevant components including coordination of disposal.
- SSL/TLS certificate signing and reporting.
- Support to maintain and update Application Portfolio Management solution Cis.

1. ITIL Management 30%
Parameters:
- Demonstrated experience building and managing change requests.
- Demonstrated experience with managing a Configuration Management Database.
- Demonstrated knowledge with ITIL concepts and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge with Corporate Change Incident Problem and Release Management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Datacentre Protocols and Procedures Guides and working in an Uptime Certified Tier IV & Tier II Datacentre.
2. Documentation and Communication 20%
Parameters:
- Demonstrated knowledge for engaging appropriate internal or external service provider resources as required to resolve issues in order to mitigate support failure and interruption to Datacentre operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of guiding monitoring and coordinating work conducted by internal and external service providers providing direction on work procedures and ensuring mitigation of adverse impact.
- Demonstrated ability for strong documentation and writing skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge for providing incident resolution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of engaging vendors to address incidents/issues.
- Demonstrated ability of working with and supporting multiple technical teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge in using Office 365 Remedy/eSMT ticketing system
3. Technical Knowledge 10%

- Demonstrated knowledge building IT infrastructure.

- Demonstrated knowledge with VCentre VMware and building and maintaining virtual servers.
- Demonstrated knowledge building and supporting servers of WindowsSolaris AIX.
- Demonstrated knowledge of networking installation supporting and configuring network devices (routers switches firewalls and load balancers).
- Demonstrated knowledge building and supporting backup infrastructure.
- Demonstrated knowledge installing configuring and supporting SAN and Tape Library Infrastructure.
- Demonstrated knowledge of server installation and configuration and loading of the Operating System including virtual servers
4. Certificate Support 10%

- Demonstrated experience in SSL/TLS certificate signing and support.
MUST HAVE:
- 5 years of experience with ITIL Change management
- SSL/TLS certificate is required
