JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are seeking a skilled Presales Consultant with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- As a Presales Consultant you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients understanding their business challenges and crafting solutions that leverage AI/ML and RPA technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable AI/ML and RPA solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations presentations and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AI/ML and RPA offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals RFP responses and other technical documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to drive successful engagements.
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies in AI/ML and RPA.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Presales Consultant or in a similar customerfacing technical role.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Experience in preparing and delivering technical demonstrations and workshops.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Additional Information:
- Candidates based in North California are preferred due to proximity to our primary client base but remote work options can be considered for exceptional candidates. We welcome applications from both fulltime employees and contractors.
