Detailed Job Description

Good experience in leading the Agile Release Train towards the program objectives
Good in Managing Program Backlog aligned with PI
Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Guiding the team on selforganizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion assigning or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion decision making and conflict resolution.
Good knowledge in SAfe Agile Metrics Predictability Volatility Cycle time Story throughput etc..
Good exp in organizing PI planning coaching Team to tracking Risks Dependencies and impediments and Issues
Good exp in JIRA board setup and configurations for projects
Good communication skills
