Head of Projects Uban Assets

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Projects (Urban Assets) to oversee the development and execution of investment projects in various asset classes including Offices Residential and Hospitality with an initial focus on the Czech Republic. The role will be based in Prague and will require a blend of visionary thinking and handson project management skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the companys portfolio of residential and office spaces.

Tasks

• Lead and manage nonindustrial construction projects primarily in the Czech Republic with future expansion to Slovakia Hungary Germany and Romania;
• Oversee the planning design and construction phases of residential and office projects;
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards;
• Manage a growing team focused on nonindustrial construction;
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans;
• Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and safety standards;
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management;
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management preferably with a background in office and residential projects;
• Experience working with General Contractors developers or consultancy firms would be an advantage;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to balance visionary thinking with practical execution;
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Czech or other regional languages is a plus;
• Willingness to travel to project sites in Ostrava Bratislava Budapest and other locations as needed.
