Audit Manager - National CPA Firm

Location: Boston MA (Hybrid 23 days in office)

Our client is a national CPA firm offering a full range of audit tax and advisory services to clients across various industries including Technology Life Sciences Healthcare and Manufacturing.

They are actively searching for an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements and manage client relationships. Reporting to the Audit Partner the Audit Manager will oversee a team ensure compliance with GAAP standards and provide strategic insights to clients.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Develop audit strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP GAAS and other regulations.
• Prepare and review audit reports presenting findings to clients and senior management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships providing exceptional service.
• Mentor and develop audit staff fostering a collaborative and learningoriented environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices.

Qualified candidates for this role will have:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting
• 710 years of related audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP GAAS and auditing standards.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.

Compensation for this role:

• $140000 $160000 base salary range
