Bilingual Call Center Sales Trainer
Impact:
As our Sales Trainer in our Intakes department you will train new employees and support experienced employees in performance improvement.

Impact:
As our Sales Trainer in our Intakes department you will train new employees and support experienced employees in performance improvement.
Daily Tasks:
- Create educational materials conduct training sessions and ensure staff motication.
- Onboard and prepare new sales representatives develop individual coaching plans and provide resources and assistance.
- Conduct exercise sessions.
- Observe sales encounters and collect feedback results and performance data.
- Structure training plans to meet financial objectives and monitor sales objectives and results.
- Report on the impact of training programs.
- Maintain updated records of training material curricula and costs.
- Bring a teamoriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Your Skills:
- Advanced customer service and time management skills.
- Seasoned presenter and extremely comfortable leading a group.
- Demonstrated ability to design effective training programs.
- Outstanding coaching skills and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with building and developing teams in a sales position.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle including inperson activities and webbased learning.
- Handson experience with elearning platforms.
- Certification in training is a plus.
