We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Team Manager to oversee and manage the entire aftersales process for our solar panel installations. This pivotal role involves ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to installation completion monitoring the performance of the installers team and Bureau dtude team and guaranteeing that all tasks are executed on time. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Tasks
- Oversee the entire customer journey from contract signature to the installation of solar panels.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the installers team and Bureau dtude team to ensure timely and efficient installations.
- Monitor and control project timelines ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timeframe.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in the installation process.
- Maintain regular communication with customers providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Train and mentor the customer success team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree.
- Proven experience in a customer success manager/team leader or project management role preferably in the solar energy industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
