Attesa Coffee is a startup specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) highquality coffees safely on time and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We are looking for a performancedriven individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn to join our team as an Office Executive Assistant.

Tasks
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Oversee and manage the coffee sample database efficiently ensuring accurate and updated records.
- Prepare coffee sample packages in the office and dispatch to clients
- Manage filing of key documentation mail communication and records management
- Assist in capturing meeting minutes agenda management and related correspondence
Requirements
- Fresher or individuals with 12 years of relevant officerelated experience
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other office software applications.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English both written and verbal is essential for effective communication within the office environment.
- Polished interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor both inperson and over the phone/email.
