Sales is one of your passions and you like to go the extra mile to convince potential customers on the phone or in a video call. You work in a resultsoriented manner until you reach the top of the mountain. You also contribute to a motivated and inspiring team spirit which will help us to conquer the market.

Its an important role for eMission and perhaps the start of your sales career. You will start by acquiring potential customers in order to close contracts in the future. The latest tools techniques and training will help you on your way to success.

Tasks

Your challenge

What you will do at eMission

You will work directly with customers and create structured requirement profiles.

You will create a strategic plan for your segment and support the acquisition of new customers.

You will close deals with customers from the existing pipeline inbound leads and your own initiatives.

You develop and maintain the sales pipeline.

You document your exact activities in our CRM system Salesforce.

You proactively look for new sales opportunities in the financial sector and other industries.

After the first 6 months you will have achieved the following:

You have successfully familiarized yourself with our platform and training content and developed an indepth knowledge of ESG.

You have successfully initiated your first deals.

You have learned how to build a cold outbound channel effectivly and how to get in touch with large b2b clinets in a systematic and repeatable way.

Requirements

You profile

You think in terms of concepts can implement them quickly and can quickly familiarize yourself with different market segments.

You have excellent communication skills.

You love and feel sales you can listen very well and are empathetic.

You have the ability to work both independently and in a team but above all on your own initiative.

You are eager to learn and highly motivated.

You are fluent in English or German (best would be both)
