Quality improvement manager

Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, quality management, or related discipline. A master's degree may be preferred in some cases.

Quality Management Experience: Experience applying quality management methods such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO.

Analysis and evaluation skills: Ability to analyze data and evaluate processes to improve quality and increase efficiency.

Ability to lead and direct: Ability to lead the quality team and motivate them to achieve set quality goals.

Knowledge of legislation and standards: A deep understanding of industrial legislation and standards related to the field of quality and safety.
