Job Role: | Senior Developer (ERP Systems) |
Roles Responsibilities and Daily Tasks: | Listed in order of importance: - • Lead the design development and implementation of enhancements to our ERP system with a preference for candidates with Acumatica experience although expertise in Microsoft Navision Dynamics or SAP Business One is also valuable.
- • Demonstrate technical leadership in full stack development actively contributing code and reviewing the team's work.
- • Manage version control using Git and ensure best practices in software development are followed.
- • Drive the adoption of cloud technologies optimizing our ERP system for cloud deployment and scalability.
- • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- • Lead mentor and grow the development team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- • Ensure the reliability security and performance of the ERP system.
- • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies applying them to improve our system and processes.

Essential Technical Skills: | Include the minimum number of years of experience with each skill (eg. React 3 years) and list in order of importance: - Proven experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica Microsoft Dynamics (Navision Dynamics 365) or SAP Business One 2 yrs
- .Net C# 3 yrs
- Frontend experience
- Automating & Scaling systems (comfortable with Devops & Cloud but does not need to have hands on experience with these 2)
- Has managed a code base before & reviewed other devs’ code
