Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy:
- Support the social media manager in the implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences.
- Assist in the development of social media campaigns and promotions.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
- Generate reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

Community Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with the online community.
- Engage with followers influencers and potential customers to build brand loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for usergenerated content and collaborations.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in coordinating social media activities with other departments (e.g. marketing customer service).
- Provide general administrative support to the social media team as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer)
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
