Director of Sales Business Development

This is a new position that will be a working manager with territory as well as leading a team of up to 4 sales team members to double the US/Canada market in the new few years. • Must have 10 years of demonstrated success in growing business in the window and door industry
• Must have strong selling closing and management skills along with strong communication skills
• Strong leadership program management and technical skills that you can communicate and work with architects
• Carpentry background is a plus
• Competitive compensation: $140k160k base with 30% commission car allowance and good benefits
