    • Value Sets & Lookups
    • Inventory and BOM (Bill of Materials)
    • Inventory Org and Operating Unit Setup
    • Knowledge of Associated Oracle Modules:
    • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Demand Planning Integrations with Purchasing
    • Manufacturing
    • Inventory Management Integration
    • Order Management Integration
    • Supply Chain Management

  • Bandwidth for Custodial Responsibility: 2550%
    • Documentation Update
      • Develop deeper understanding of CMI business process in PIM
      • Document current functional design of PIM application review & update MD050s MD070s
    • Routine Operation Support from SC IT
      • Review day to day status tracking & technical issue resolution
      • Support business team with project / production support escalations & L3 issue resolution
      • Approve access requests for lower environment access raise ticket SNOW to DBA and approve tickets
      • Cloning and refresh submit requests conduct post clone validation testing with key team members
      • Attend Weekly SLA reviews manage business / FE teams escalations
    • Release Management :
      • Development Instance Maintenance approval any current engagements should accommodate regression testing for minor infra updates (equinox gateway change storage change patching controlled by DBA). Lower environment after any activity check login. No major issues Oracle SRs.
      • Production Maintenance management approvals work with business FE teams & BSL (BCC 2 application) for projects
    • Support Adhoc Testing
      • Support testing events by integrating applications by performing passthru transactions troubleshooting application issues configurations setups & integrations.
        • Any adhoc testing support for integrating applications in lower environment

        • Sanity tests for infrastructure maintenance in lower environment

  • Provide design expertise:
    • Explore OOTB alternatives to functionality gaps causing customizations in application provides recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality to improve business processes and capabilities
    • Enforce design controls (to be developed after transition) functional testing & optimum documentation for configurations & customizations
    • JIRA / PSD approval
    • Review and approve DB migrations
  • Deliver Projects:
    • Participate in business requirement discussions attending business workshops
    • Requirement analysis translating business needs into functional requirements and capturing detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements
    • Business process and business impact analysis AsIs and ToBe process analysis
    • Fit Gap analysis and documenting AsIs Process Mapping ToBe Process Mapping
    • Build high level solution design for various interfaces for PIM integration with third party upstream and downstream applications
    • Creation of architecture diagram for Asis and Tobe landscape
    • Perform functional configuration setups in dev test and production environments of PIM EBS
    • Building test scripts execution of functional test plan system integration testing conducting user sessions to demonstrate the solution providing support during UAT addressing infant care issues
    • Issue logging and prioritization for issues encountered during testing cycle SIT UAT and infant care support
    • Effort estimations analysis
    • Ensuring quality and timeliness of activities related to design build test and implementation
    • Facilitating onsite/offshore coordination
    • Coordinate with multiple vendors from geographically distributed teams for successful development testing
