You will be updated with latest job alerts via email- Manage and supervise landscape architects, civil and MEP engineers, quantity surveyors, and other in-house professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are technically sound.
- Perform technical risk assessment and management of projects during tendering and execution.
- Review technical tender documents and requirements and support in tendering and pricing.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact both with internal and external stakeholders, including subconsultants and specialized suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical project documentation, including drawings and issue logs.
- Prepare construction method statements in collaboration with construction personnel.
- Prepare and submit technical and material submittals.
- Review permanent and temporary designs against project requirements and highlight any interference with utilities and third parties.
- Prepare temporary works drawings and site-related design drawings.
- Follow up on permanent work design and coordinate with the site.
- Prepare technical comparison sheets of offers received from subcontractors and follow up on subcontracted works, including payment applications.
- Coordinate with and supervise consultants and specialized contractors.
- Prepare and submit operations manuals.
- Document project issues and conditions, maintaining organized and detailed project records.
- Summarize data logically and verify observations or interpretations.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a constantly changing business environment.
- Manage the preparation and submission of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Keep track of design changes and perform design tasks as needed.
- Oversee the quantity surveying efforts, including the preparation of applications for payment.
