Job Description
BUSINESS ANALYST KYC/KYT AUTOMATION PART TIME
Premi rement en part time (50%)
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
In the context of KYC/KYT Automation project the business analyst will assist the
stakeholders to define and document the business requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify and describe the business needs in terms of transaction classification client
clusters expected transactional behavior and output of KYT engine.
Describe the relevant data to integrate into anomaly detection.
Document the business requirements.
Collaborate with IT teams in defining business requirements in terms of integration
of data with IT systems.
Collaborate in the operational monitoring of the project s business stream
deliverables.
Test the solutions and the settings defined during workshops. Actively participate to
the calibration phase.
Contribute and help validate the solution results with KYC Office and Compliance
(transaction classification clustering and anomaly detection)
Support the project manager in the preparation of the progress reports to project
committees.
Raise risks and issues track open points and mitigation actions.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Oral and written communication skills
Facilitation skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Being detailoriented and capable of delivering with a high level of accuracy
Organizational skills
Knowledge of banking industry and AML concepts (Remediation & Periodic Reviews
KYC KYT transactions) is considered an asset
Processes modeling
Domain of expertise AML KYC/KYT transactions process design and optimization data analysis and mapping
Languages French English
Experience (type number of years) Experience in Remediation & Periodic Reviews KYC KYT transactions projects is considered an asset
