Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct appointments with members via phone to discuss benefit plans.
- Assist members in enrolling into suitable benefit plans answering any questions they may have.
- Complete insurance and underwriting applications accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and benefit offerings through workshops and continuing education programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A growth mindset and a dedication to selfimprovement.
- Ability to work remotely with your own laptop smartphone and reliable WiFi connection.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident in GA NJ NY or MS.
