Data Strategy Manager

This Data Strategy Manager reports to the Analytics & AI Director leading the execution of AI products and guiding data scientists and analysts. They collaborate with business teams across our client on initiatives like Customer Experience transformation Segmentofone marketing Valuebased network rollout and Strategic workforce intelligence.

• Drive AI product execution in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  
• Define team objectives and the rationale behind them.
  
• Identify and prioritize datadriven business problems with leaders.
  
• Ensure alignment and manage stakeholder expectations.
  
• Inspire and broaden business teams perspectives on data possibilities.
  
• Optimize data resource investment for maximum benefit.
  

• Strong business and leadership skills..
  
• Ability to use data to drive business strong storytelling negotiation and influencing skills.
  
• Capable of leading a data team and collaborating with business units.
  
• Background in management consulting is a plus.
  
• Agile mindset with experience in organizational change.
  
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
  
• Masters degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
