Job Description
Overview:
This position will support our content team in an effort to increase subscriber numbers on our 640000subscriber newsletter. This position will be responsible for creating downloadable content data tracking and analytics focused on growing this subscriber base.
Key Responsibilities:

This position will support our content team in an effort to increase subscriber numbers on our 640000subscriber newsletter. This position will be responsible for creating downloadable content data tracking and analytics focused on growing this subscriber base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management:
- Lead Magnet Development:
- Pitch ideas for new downloadable lead magnets based on what works on past lead magnets.
- Write first drafts of all approved lead magnet ideas following our style and tone guides.
- Engage in an editing process incorporating feedback from other team members.
- Review upcoming content across the company to identify opportunities to plug appropriate lead magnets.
- Manage and update our internal lead magnet database to align with
- current content & marketing team needs and strategies.
- Monitor audience comments on our content to create relevant lead magnets.
- Performance Tracking:
- Track the performance of lead magnets to identify what’s working well and what isn’t.
- Provide regular reports on lead magnet performance and suggest
- improvements based on data.
- Track the creation process for content managing timelines and ensuring efficient pipeline management.
- Notion: Create publish and manage all lead magnets in Notion.
- Slack: Be available on Slack (roughly) between the hours of 9am and 5pm CST.
- ConvertKit & Sparkloop: Manage ConvertKit & Sparkloop referral programs as
- per our existing SOPs.
- Proven experience in content creation or other writing.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies and trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communicator who can work well within a team.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bonus but not necessary: Experience with ConvertKit and Sparkloop.
