Position : Virtual Assistant Nurse
Work Schedule : 4 solid days of work; 44 hours per week; 1113 hours per shift
Timezone : EST
Pay Range : USDper month; any hours beyond 4 per week will incur overtime charges (final salary offer will be based on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Care Plan Management:
- Review and understand each client’s care plan thoroughly.
- Ensure that all steps are carried out according to the care plan provided by the nurse/caregiver in New York.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate postings within the care plan.
Patient Support:
- Provide solutions based on patients’ needs and caregiver’s notes.
- Assist with tasks outside of the care plan such as ordering supplies.
- Present a summary of each care plan before the end of the shift.
Communication and Coordination:
- Chat with the nurse/caregiver regarding every client's care plan.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers patients and colleagues.
- Escalate nursing issues to the Patient Care Manager (PCM) when necessary.
Clinical Judgment and Prioritization:
- Exercise sound judgment in nursing triage and prioritization.
- Proactively think on your feet and prioritize clients effectively.
- Be resourceful and solutionoriented.
Professionalism and Teamwork:
- Maintain a professional relationship with other Virtual Assistant Nurses to ensure patient outcomes are not affected.
- Independently manage tasks while knowing when to seek help.
Minimum Requirements:
Clinical Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical or hospital experience.
- Experience in patient care preferably with Senior Citizens.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of care plans and patient care management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proactive quickthinking organized empathetic and detailoriented.
- Impeccable nursing judgment and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data management.
