Job Description
- Lead the planning design and management of vital infrastructure projects including roads water systems and public facilities
- Supervise project teams from junior engineers to CADD technicians ensuring collaborative and efficient project execution
- Represent the firm at public meetings engaging with municipal officials to align on community objectives
- Develop and sustain client relationships ensuring responsive and proactive communication
- Conduct thorough plan reviews and oversee the construction to align with municipal standards and approvals
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in client relations with a strong drive for business development.
- Qualified to obtain PA Act 34 114 and 151 clearances.
- Civil Engineer with seven years of experience in municipal project design and management (PA PE license preferred).
- Availability to attend evening meetings if needed.
- Holds a valid driver’s license for client site visits.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
