Position Title: AI/ML Developer Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time Department: Technology/Engineering Position Overview We are seeking an AI/ML Developer with a strong background in developing and integrating advanced AI systems, particularly in matching engines, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and chatbot integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities Design and Development: Develop and implement AI and ML models to power matching engines, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of matching processes. Create and optimize NLP algorithms for various applications, including text analysis, sentiment analysis, and language understanding. Work with large language models (LLMs) to improve conversational AI capabilities. Design and manage vector databases to store and retrieve high-dimensional data efficiently. Chatbot Integration: Develop and integrate intelligent chatbots with various platforms, ensuring seamless communication and user interaction. Enhance chatbot functionalities using LLMs and NLP techniques to provide accurate and context-aware responses. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-driven solutions. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, and vector databases. Conduct research and experiments to innovate and improve existing AI solutions and algorithms. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and systems, implementing improvements as needed. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI applications. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer or similar role. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software development principles. Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and tools. Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and their application in real-world scenarios. Proficiency in working with vector databases and high-dimensional data. Experience in developing and integrating chatbots with AI capabilities. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with NLP libraries and tools (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face). Knowledge of vector database technologies (e.g., FAISS, Milvus). Understanding of software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Git, Docker, CI/CD). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
