Senior Product Manager - Up To 200k - Pasay City

We are looking for

Role: Senior Product Manager
Setup: Onsite Pasay City
Schedule: Mon to Sat (6 days a week); Dayshift/Midshift
Salary: up to 200k
Experience: Proficiency in the use of Office software
Fluent in English and Mandarin (can speak read and write) language

Job Description:
1. Service customer communication group issues raised immediate communication and rise to solve the problem.
2. Publish and file operational incidents and produce regular output summaries.
3. Plan regular customer meetings to solve customer problems and respond to customer operational difficulties.
4. Inspect customer sites for proper operation identify problems and deal with them in advance.
5. Assist customers to interface with the three parties through email for various operation business.
6. Complete other matters assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in the use of Office software;
2. Good communication skills;
3. A positive work attitude;
4. The ability to deal with problems independently;
5. Healthy and positiveminded;
6. Have certain sense of service;
7. Accept work with shift with night shift
8. Proficient in Mandarin language
