Recruitment Manager - Headhunting Firm - Up To 40K Incentives - Hybrid QC

Qualifications & experience

• 4 years of Recruitment Management Experience (supervisor or manager level)
• Managed teams of recruiters doing end to end recruitment including job postings sourcing for applicants conducting exams/interviews and endorsing to hiring clients
• Ideally someone coming from a Recruitment Firm or Agency or with volume hiring experience
• Experience in recruiting for various positions and levels including both technical and nontechnical roles.
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions with highquality candidates.
• Experience in utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards social media and professional networks.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and selection.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media networking events and professional associations.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
• Manage a team of recruiters and interns to ensure they meet and exceed their performance targets and stay motivated and happy
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
