4 years of Recruitment Management Experience (supervisor or manager level)
Managed teams of recruiters doing end to end recruitment including job postings sourcing for applicants conducting exams/interviews and endorsing to hiring clients
Ideally someone coming from a Recruitment Firm or Agency or with volume hiring experience
Experience in recruiting for various positions and levels including both technical and nontechnical roles.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions with highquality candidates.
Experience in utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards social media and professional networks.
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and selection.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media networking events and professional associations.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
Manage a team of recruiters and interns to ensure they meet and exceed their performance targets and stay motivated and happy
Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
