Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan control and evaluate the daily production as per production plan
- Ensure new material to be used should meet the desired quality
- Ensure Production Plan is drafted as per demand set off by supply chain periodic adjustments as & when required.
- Ensure the quality of production at plant (zero offspec batches will a key KPI for this position)
- Responsible for any debottlenecking at plant w.r.t new modifications executed at site
- Ensuring Health Safety and Environment activities in plant premises.
- Generating and maintaining different reports and analysis with regards to plant and production
- Liaison with supply chain purchase & maintenance departments in lieu with machines maintenance & material availability for production run
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- B.Sc. Chemical Engineering or
M.Sc. Chemistry
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & Age:
- Min 10 Years experience is required (purely in Chemicals production only)
- Age Required 25 40 years
