Tasks
- Lead negotiations with contractors and subcontractors based on the requirements of each project
- Coordinate all relevant parties involved in the project: strategic definition preparation and brief concept design developed design technical design and procurement
- Stay on top of cost and time management ensuring that all project records are consistently updated
- Proactively anticipate and address any potential issues to minimize their impact on schedule budget and overall quality
- Understand the complexities of the supply chain and effectively manage procurement aspects of the construction process
- Ensure successful handover and closeout
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Experience in the Hospitality industry is a MUST HAVE
- Proficient in building codes construction sequencing and best building practices
- Experience in cost estimating cost control and analysis to ensure the projects stay within budgetary constraints
- Proficiency in project management including data evaluation scoping projects risk assessment task delegation and preparing presentations
- Effective communication abilities for coordinating diverse stakeholders
- Excellent leadership skills
- Availability to travel
