Clariness is looking for a Graphic Design Team Lead (f/m/d) based in Berlin or Hamburg.

Tasks
- Managing design projects from concept to delivery.
- Producing and developing printed layouts for clinical studies such as patient brochures leaflets websites and more.
- Communication with clients consultancy presentation and management of design projects.
- Supporting the development of the designers in the team and providing constructive feedback.
- Brief and coordinate freelance graphic designers to meet client requirements.
- Actively participate in the optimization of processes and designs to ensure the best results for our clients and customers for an excellent user experience.
- Finding and applying innovative solutions (e.g. AI) to improve processes and creative services.
- Liaising with project stakeholders to deliver highquality design and to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
- A degree in graphic design or similar and at least two years of experience as a team lead.
- Extensive knowledge of graphic design styles and techniques (print web).
- Experience in project coordination and team management.
- Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop InDesign Illustrator).
- Creative mindset and strong conceptual thinking.
- Confident use of Figma website design skills.
- Proficient in the use of PowerPoint and excellent presentation skills.
