In a nutshell

We are looking for a Finance Operator who can combine firstclass analytical skills with a creative and problemsolving mindset. As an innovative thinker you constantly generate your own ideas. You are able to think about the finance domain of the future instead of just executing a finance role. You also have a healthy appetite for calculated risks an enabler not a blocker!

You are confident and take ownership of your projects but also collaborate with and motivate your colleagues in helping to build a scalable finance domain of the future!

What youll do

• Work closely with different teams on business cases shaping our future
• Support a rapidly expanding payroll administration
• Challenge our operations teams in their periodic reports
• Show handson mentality in our daily finance operations
• Lead projects regarding our internal processes and controls
• Support in yearend and audit tasks

About you

• Relevant masters degree in Finance Economics and/or Accounting
• 13 years of experience in a Finance related role such as FP&A analyst controller financial due diligence or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills structured and accurate
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English both verbal and written
• Accounting system knowledge (Workday is a plus)
