Head Waiter

On behalf of a Fine Dining Restaurant Group we are looking for a Head Waiter

Tasks

• The resource will be responsible for all stages of the service: setup mise en place welcoming guests taking orders table service.
• Communicates professionally with the responsible supervisor and colleagues maintaining a productive work environment.
• Is responsible for proper cleanliness and hygiene aspects of the work area.
• Handles all materials and work equipment correctly and keeps them clean.
• Follows all hygiene and safety requirements mandated by law.

Requirements

Minimum experience required at least 1 year in the same department
