Training and education officer

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Education Administration, or related field. Other degrees may be acceptable if they are relevant to training and education.

Knowledge of training methods: A deep understanding of the principles and methods of training and education, including designing educational programs, assessing training needs, and implementing educational programs.

Training skills: Ability to effectively direct and train employees, and organize and manage training courses and workshops.

Analysis and evaluation: The ability to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and measure learning outcomes to ensure that training objectives are achieved.
