Security Supervisor

Educational Qualifications: Preferably have a bachelor's degree in security management, social sciences, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) may be beneficial.

Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of security procedures and technologies, including security and monitoring systems, access technologies, and security investigations.

Leadership Ability: Ability to lead the security team, train and mentor them, and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
