Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer with a Bachelors degree in Engineering to operate maintain and remotely manage ZeroX machines in Paris and Zittau Germany. The role involves up to 6 months of deployment per year to France and Germany with initial training conducted at our stunning campus in Bali. The ideal candidate will be handson technically proficient and eager to work in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation & Maintenance:

  • Operate and maintain ZeroX machines in Paris and Zittau Germany.
  • Ensure all machines are functioning optimally and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.

• Remote Management:

  • Utilize remote management tools to monitor and control ZeroX machines from afar.
  • Provide remote support and guidance to onsite teams as needed.

• Training & Development:

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs at our beautiful campus in Bali.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ZeroX technology and best practices.

• International Collaboration:

  • Travel to France and Germany for up to 6 months per year for onsite operations and maintenance.
  • Work closely with international teams to ensure seamless machine operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field).
• Proven experience in operating and maintaining complex machinery.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage and control machines remotely.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work onsite for extended periods.
• Ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments and work effectively in a global team.
