UX Writer

• Craft Clear and Engaging Content: Develop and maintain content for our platform including microcopy user interface text error messages onboarding materials and help documentation.
  
• Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams: Work closely with designers product managers and engineers to ensure content aligns with the overall user experience and meets user needs.
  
• Ensure Consistency: Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user touchpoints and ensure content aligns with the company s brand guidelines.
  
• UserCentered Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences and incorporate feedback into content development.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor user interactions and feedback to improve the effectiveness of our content continuously.
  
• Work in accordance with applicable policies processes and procedures constituting the company s Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes but is not limited to the organization s Information Security Policy Data Protection Policy Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management Policy. (Note: Do not delete this. Required as part of ISO Standards)
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years of experience in UX writing content strategy or a related field.
  
• Education: Bachelor s degree in English Communications Journalism HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
  

• Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills.
  
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and usability.
  
• Ability to create content that is clear concise and engaging.
  
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  
• Tools: Proficiency with content management systems design tools like Figma or Sketch and user research tools.
  

• Experience working in a tech startup or fastpaced environment.
  
• Familiarity with AI and psychometric assessment technologies.
  
• Familiarity with human resource industry practices and terminologies.
  
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
