Systems Analyst

About the Job

We re looking for a talented and passionate System Analyst to assist in managing our various business systems. As a midlevel System Analyst you will play a crucial role in diagnosing troubleshooting and solving technologyrelated issues within our business systems. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify address mitigate and resolve any issues that arise. Additionally you will integrate various systems across the company and serve as the subject matter expert on how these systems interact with one another.

• Provide assistance to team members with any company systemrelated issues.
  
• Act as seniorlevel support to troubleshoot problems and resolve tasks efficiently.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot various application errors to ensure optimal functionality.
  
• Build and maintain custom integrations that connect multiple systems.
  
• Support and suggest improvements for business processes.
  
• Identify recurring issues and implement longterm solutions.
  
• Recommend process improvements across the technology stack.
  
• Collaborate with Engineering teams on the design and implementation of internal tools.
  
• Prioritize and manage the resolution of issues based on their severity.

Requirements

• 13 years of relevant experience
  
• Highly motivated with the ability to identify and dissect complex problems into solvable blocks. For the most part you can figure things out on your own but work with engineers to escalate if necessary.
  
• Familiar with integration tools APIs and some data structures. You know your way around a JSON object and can dissect information from it.
  
• Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite web platforms such as Shopify and 3PLs
  
• Strong analytical skills in understanding requirements and functionality. You deal with ambiguous requirements well and can develop a plan to come to a working solution.
  
• Proactive in developing solutions to prevent system errors from occurring.
  
• Ability to work with a remote team and can work independently.
  
• Effective communication skills for working with team members and stakeholders.
