Location: Central London 5 days per week onsite

The Asset Management Alternatives Private Execution and Closing (AM Alts E&C) team is seeking an Analyst to support the various business lines within the Alternative Asset Management Business .

This is an exceptionally diverse role that entails collaboration with Global deal teams Strategists Controllers Legal Technologists Risk Credit Tax Compliance & cross Operational groups to facilitate a business that is multiasset dynamic and bespoke.

Asset classes including Public / Private Securities Loans and bespoke structures.

The successful individual will be expected to work in a team of Execution and Closing professionals and be able to be commercial critical & creative whilst ensuring the highest level of risk management.

Operations is a dynamic multifaceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed every new product launched or market entered every transaction completed it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.

AM Alts E&C members are subject matter experts within Operations who play a critical role in supporting bespoke and varied transactions. New products/ business entity creation infrastructure enhancements and crossregional coordination are core activities.

Role Responsibilities

• Gain an in depth & comprehensive understanding of a wide range of products processes bespoke transactions and corporate practices / governance
  
• Partner with the Business and Federation to provide subject matter and system knowledge expertise
  
• Leverage your skills to decompose complex structured transactions and propose creative robust operational solutions Face off with senior stakeholders and drive priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of Derivatives Loans Equities and Bonds preferred but not essential
