Your Mission: Oversee Coordinate and Implement

As the IT Change Manager you will oversee the planning coordination and implementation of IT systems processes and infrastructure initiatives within Emapta. You will be responsible for ensuring that all changes are meticulously managed communicated and adopted by our team. Your strategic approach and expert guidance will be pivotal in achieving our goals.

Shift: Mon Fri 07:00 AM 04:00 PM
Work Setup: Hybrid Makati


Can you face the challenge Here s what you will do in this role:

Change Implementation and Evaluation:

  • Lead change activities ensuring all changes are understood properly planned reviewed communicated implemented tracked and reported in a timely manner.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation that meets the needs of our users and internal teams.
  • Understand services and their business impact.
  • Translate complex information into simple engaging content.
  • Continuously update references and documentation with stakeholders and the development team.
  • Evaluate and improve content quality.
  • Manage document versions and repositories.
  • Analyze user impact and adoption of changes.
  • Create and implement change management strategies to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Design develop and implement training for the product.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and collaborate with other departments.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and security best practices.
  • Implement strategies to support adoption of change management techniques.
  • Capture data and define success metrics.

Change Planning and Strategy:

  • Coordinate and identify stakeholders challenges and provide expert technical recommendations.
  • Conduct regular business impact analysis to capture and action all stakeholder needs.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

  • Conduct Change Management Risk and Impact Analysis for continuous improvement and technological projects.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT changes.

Stakeholder Communication and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively communicating needs and updates.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to integrate change management activities into operations and project plans.
  • Act as a consultant or advisor to IT teams on change management.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform any administrative or nonadministrative duties as assigned by the company.


Requirements

Are you qualified Here s what you need!

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 23 years of experience in IT Change Management with a focus on IT Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Motivated to deliver quality outcomes from the team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and processes.
  • Background in IT hardware and software technologies.
  • Proven ITIL Practices Process and Policy experience.
  • ITIL v3/ITIL4 certification (preferred).
