The IT Process Owner will focus on Access Management aspects in processes. He or she is responsible for the managing and optimizing the processes associated with granting modifying and revoking access permissions for employees during their lifecycle within the organization. This role ensures that access controls are implemented efficiently and securely in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
In this role you will navigate and adapt to a continuously evolving tooling landscape ensuring that our processes leverage the latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT access management IT security or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a process owner
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT access management and security processes
related to employee lifecycle management.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and data protection regulations. o Proficiency in relevant IT systems and tools
