Requirements
Level 3 qualification in childcare (minimum)
Leadership experience working in a nursery setting (minimum Room Leader or similar)
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership potential and a desire to learn and grow
Ofsted inspection experience
