Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Risk Officer for our Local Bank client in Makati.


Role: Chief Risk Officer
Job Rank: Senior ManagerVP
Industry: Banking
Location: Makati
Set up: Onsite
Schedule: MonFri
Salary: 300k400k


Minimum requirement

a. At least 10 years of banking experience.

b. Wellversed in Branch Operation and Lending Operation (better if handson corporate and retail lending) covers account management to the restructuring of account

c. Capable of rendering policy creation

d. Should be able to lead the team in terms of credit modeling (PD LGD EAD) treasury modeling and Operational Risk Modelling (tools ie. BIA Near Miss etc)

e. Must be able to determine practical strategies to minimize losses if the risk becomes real

f. For Branch Operations well versed with the operations i.e. clearing deposit/withdrawal taking activity

g. Preferable with knowledge in digital banking. Fair knowledge in treasury (as we have a simple operation)

h. Knowledgeable in MORB provisions

i. Knows how to evaluate various areas of risk management plans.

j. Fair knowledge of IT operations to provide recommendations if needed.
