Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Downstream Development Academy (DDA). The DDA is responsible for providing Downstream oil and gas employees with the technical knowledge and skills required to optimize their performance. Your primary role will be to create training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts. You will do this through integrating the best practices of instructional design and instructional technology through the use of multimedia software programming and state of the art technology.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers and stakeholders to initiate new training projects and assess their training needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop appropriate training solutions.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging training courses for various delivery modes.
  
• Manage multiple instructional design and development projects including timelines schedules work scope and deliverables.
  
• Support the development of team members through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
  
• Design and collect metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably in Materials or Mechanical major is required
• Minimum of 11 years experience processing in Oil/Gas Industry as NonMetallic Engineer is required
• Knowledge of international standards and codes NACE ASME API and ASTM is required
• Excellent presentation skills as well as report writing skills are required
• Excellent skills in dealing with Microsoft Office program are required
