Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Advertise across multiple channels to generate leads (training provided) staying current with evolving marketing platforms and AI.
• Candidate Interviews: Conduct interviews via phone or Zoom providing tailored information based on the outcomes.
• Candidate FollowUp: Reconnect with qualified candidates to facilitate Q&A sessions.
• Leadership Development: As you progress you will mentor and guide your team fostering their success.
