• Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in the manufacturing industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for business development.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the company's network and visibility.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and results to the management team.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales business development or a related role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in the robotics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Previous success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
