Location: Hybrid (3 days remote 2 days in our London Victoria Office)

Type: Fulltime Permanent (MondayFriday 09:005:30)

Your Role: HR & Payroll Administrator

As a vital cog in the machinery you'll ensure seamless HR and payroll operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for HR and payroll queries from managers employees and external stakeholders.
  • Guiding the complete onboarding process – from preparing and disseminating contracts to warmly welcoming new team members. You'll also verify starter packs and eligibilitytowork documentation.
  • Maintaining and meticulously reviewing personnel files and HR records ensuring accuracy compliance and updated information.
  • Keeping critical HR administrative documents current such as organisational charts profit share and commission records.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to refine and elevate companywide HR and payroll services.

Who We Seek:

Our ideal HR and Payroll Administrator is enthusiastic thriving in a multifaceted role. Desired attributes include:

  • Ideally one year’s HR and payroll experience showcasing a robust foundational understanding. However recent graduates with either a Human Resources bachelor’s degree or CIPD qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in effective workload management consistent deadline adherence and proactive task prioritization.
  • A proactive problemsolving approach with readiness to seize initiative.
