Job Description

Customer Sucess Representative

Our client is an interior design software company that helps interior designers manage their projects automate their processes and save time. With this client you can generate reports manage your design materials and much more! We arelooking for a top of the line Customer Success Representative to join the team.

Job Description:

  • Providing customer support via phone email and live chat for Gather Inc's interior design software
  • Assisting customers with technical issues billing inquiries and product education
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the development team to escalate and resolve technical issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback for internal review
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure product adoption and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement customer onboarding and training programs
  • Monitor and report on key customer success metrics and KPIs
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within the existing customer base

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in customer success or support roles
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools (e.g. Intercom Hubspot Jira Stripe)
  • Presentable and professional work environment for video calls
  • Ability to work independently and selfdirect
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills

Desired Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Familiarity with interior design software or the interior design industry
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Experience working in al startup on a small team
  • 2 years experience and knowledge of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
