Job Description
We are passionate about trees and people upholding strong core values and striving to provide exceptional arborist services to our community. We are currently seeking a motivated Arborist Sales Consultant to join our team in South Brisbane.

Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in representing our company building and implementing sales plans and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves meeting customers diagnosing tree issues providing quotes scheduling work and overseeing the production crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent our core values and passion for trees and people.
Develop and implement sales plans in collaboration with the business owner.
Meet with customers to inspect and diagnose trees provide onsite quotes and review the scope of work.
Secure customer commitment and schedule approved work.
Identify work opportunities in neighbouring properties and through referrals.
Communicate with the Office Manager regarding scheduled completed and approved quotes.
Set up and monitor the production crew each morning.
Utilise sales process tools software and other technologies to enhance customer experience.
Attend business network meetings and showcase our service capabilities.
Maintain and pursue arborist certification through ongoing training and qualifications.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company goals.
General Details:
Hours of Operation: 5 days per week 8 hours per day (flexible work arrangements).
Salary: $80k to $90k plus bonuses.
Vehicle: Company car and fuel card for personal and business use iPad and phone included.
Location: Majority of work in Brisbane South Logan and surrounding areas.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
Certificate 3 in Arboriculture.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Honest and trustworthy.
Certificate 5 in Arboriculture or a desire to obtain it (not essential).
