Patient Services Coordinator

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health business administration, or related field. Recognized certifications in medical office administration may also be acceptable.

Personal skills: Ability to deal courteously and professionally with patients and their families, and effective communication skills with healthcare teams and medical facilities.

Organization and Time Management: Ability to organize patients' appointment schedules and manage time effectively to ensure their medical needs are met effectively.

Basic Medical Knowledge: Understand the basics of medical language and common diseases to enable effective communication with healthcare teams.
