Technology Support Anaylst - 1st Level

I am working with one of the worlds largest International Law Firms who are currently looking for a 1st Level Technology Support Analyst to join their Technology Team.

This role is an integral part of the Technology Support team providing support to 400 people regarding the setup of tech and resolution of desktop and remote computing issues.

Tasks

The Role

As a key part of the Technology Support team you will

• Set up laptops notebooks printers and phones for new users
• Troubleshoot issues and find a solution work around or escalate
• Troubleshoot video conferencing equipment
• Manage exchange servers
• Provide ongoing support for users on a ticket basis

Requirements

You

You will have experience in a professional services environment and can work both in the office in Frankfurt and from your home office

• You can communicate effectively in both German and English
• Previous experience in 1st level support
• Experience with Exchange Server and Microsoft suite
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate when you are unable to resolve a problem
• Enjoy working as part of a very experienced team where you can really learn new skills
