Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health information technology, public health science, or related field. Recognized certifications in medical records or medical information management can also be helpful.
Knowledge of Regulations: A deep understanding of the laws and regulations related to medical records, including medical privacy and security compliance.
Technical Skills: Ability to effectively use electronic records (EHR) management systems and verify data accuracy and completeness.
Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze medical records to identify errors and discrepancies and prepare necessary reports.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate with the medical team and patients to ensure accuracy of medical records and improve operations.
