Job Description
- Manage activities on procurement portals in relation to RFPs, questions and responses and proposal submission
- Distributing RFPs and related information, coordinating with the account team and project teams
- Coordinating with the project teams to ensure RFP package complete and ready for submission on time (no requirement to be involved in preparation of materials)
- Submission of requests from project teams
- Maintenance of RFP tracker
