Italian Speaker - Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for closing sales of different subscriptions and products over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

You will present the best offers we have by doing upselling and cross selling.

The activities:

c Receiving inbound calls

o Sell offers to Customers

o Answering questions about products or subscriptions

o Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

o Interact with the customer to understand the new needs and new requests

Requirement:

o You are comfortable to presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

o You have ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

o You have a dynamic / sunny and highly proactive personality able to handle rejection.

o You have strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

o You enjoy delivering results in a fastpaced environment that is targetbased.
